Love PV has again provided school supplies for all students this school year. What a blessing to our community! Thank you. Love PV! To start the school year, we are asking for donations of copy paper, Kleenex, and paper towels. These items can be brought to enrollment or during the first few days of school. Order forms are now available for placing advertisements in this year's Panther Athletic Club (PAC) Football Program. All orders are due by Thursday, August 1st. We hope everyone is enjoying their summer break and taking the time to recharge for the upcoming school year! Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year is just around the corner. This year, Pauls Valley Schools will offer three days of enrollment options for all our sites. Enrollment dates will be Monday, August 5th, Tuesday, August 6th, and Wednesday, August 7th. Enrollment will be available from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm each day. We understand that there are always those end-of-summer vacations, back-to-school doctor appointments, work schedules, or last-minute schedule changes, so don't hesitate to contact your student's site office should something come up during these dates. Graduation will be held at Thompson Field. Gates will open at 6:00 pm and seating is on a first come first serve basis. Graduation will begin at 7:00 pm.

Severe Weather Protocols With the arrival of spring, we wanted to reach out regarding our protocol for severe weather. If our school district determines it is necessary to seek shelter due to a severe thunderstorm or tornado warning, students and staff, including office staff, will take immediate precautions. Therefore, students cannot check out of school because no staff members will be in the front offices or available to accept phone calls. Student safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

SWEEPSTAKES AWARD WINNERS Congratulations to the Pride of the Valley for another OSSAA Sweepstakes Award. A sweepstakes award is earned by a band that earns a superior rating in the regional marching contest and a superior rating in concert and Sight-Reading at the state contest. All entries must be in the same classification. This is the third consecutive Sweepstakes Award achievement for the Pauls Band program. Congratulations to Mr. Hathcote (Director), Ms. Wilson (Assistant Director), Mr. Long (Percussion Instructor), and all of our Pride of the Valley members. We are very proud of your continued success and representation of our school district! Pauls Valley High School will be virtual on Friday, April 5th. All other school sites (Elementary, Intermediate, and Junior High) will remain in person. Any high school student who is not passing any course as of April 4th will need to attend school in person on Friday, April 5th. Buses will run their regular schedules and routes. Staff members will be available for contact via school email, and appointments can be made with teachers for tutoring in advance. If you have any questions, please contact the High School office.

Congratulations to the following students on placing in the statewide Oklahoma Bar Association Law Day Contest: Third Grade Art - First Place - Brielle Duarte Ninth Grade Writing – First Place – Ledesli Armendariz Ninth Grade Art – Second Place – Tripp Stephens Seventh Grade Art – Honorable Mention – Leslie Mendez Eighth Grade Art – Honorable Mention – Macie Davis Ninth Grade Writing – Honorable Mention – Nathan Berry Brielle and Ledelsi will be recognized at a ceremony on Thursday, April 4, in the Oklahoma State Capitol Courtroom. Oklahoma Supreme Court Chief Justice John Kane, the highest-ranking legal official in Oklahoma, will present the awards and be photographed with each winner. Great job Panthers!

As a reminder, there is no school tomorrow, Friday, March 15th. Spring break is next week! We look forward to welcoming everyone back to school on Monday, March 25th. Until then, make the most of your time off and have a fantastic break!

Tonight, Lu Torres received the Multicultural Bilingual Paraprofessional of the Year award. Pauls Valley Elementary staff attended the banquet and awards ceremony with Lu at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) in Edmond. We are so excited and proud of this achievement. Congratulations Lu!

Congratulations to the PV Junior High Band on earning an excellent rating on stage and a superior rating in sight-reading today at the OSSAA District Concert Band Contest!  The JH Band is under the direction of PV Assistant Director Ms. Hannah Wilson. The band played a very challenging program and had a fantastic performance today!  Congratulations to all!  🏅🏆 🐾
