Menu Change for Friday

Pauls Valley Schools will be OPEN on Friday, January 30th.
The safety of our students and staff is of the utmost importance to us, and we always strive to do what is best for them—period.
This afternoon, our team drove bus routes in the most troublesome areas of our district to ensure we could safely reach all locations. We also recognize how important it is for our students to be at school, where we can provide two hot meals and send backpack food home with those who receive it.
That said, we respect that parents know their circumstances best. If you do not feel it is safe for your child to attend school tomorrow, please contact your student’s school office to report an excused absence. We ask everyone to take their time traveling to school, and tardies will be excused. Ultimately, it is the parent’s right to determine whether it is safe for their child to attend school.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership as we prioritize safety while serving our students and families.

Pauls Valley Schools will be closed on Thursday, January 29th. While main roads are now clear, many side streets and rural roads remain unsafe. The safety of our students and staff is paramount in everything we do, and having anyone driving or walking in these conditions is not worth the risk. We appreciate the understanding and patience of our community as we work to reopen school as safely as possible. Thank you for your continued support. ❄️🚌💙

SNOW DAY / ACTIVITIES CANCELLED - WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 28TH
Efforts to clean our school grounds have made tremendous progress. However, the roads simply have not improved enough for us to safely hold school tomorrow. We are all anxious to get our students back in the classroom in a safe, warm environment. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to navigate this situation. Stay safe and warm!
