Pauls Valley Schools will host a district-wide meet the teacher tonight, Tuesday, August 12th, from 5-7 pm. We are excited to welcome all of our students for the start of a new school year!

Welcome back to our staff as they report for the 2025-2026 school year. Over the next three days, staff will be preparing for students to report on Thursday, August 14th. We are excited to kick off the 2025-2026 school year in Pauls Valley!

ENROLLMENT BEGINS TODAY Enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year begins today, Monday, August 4th. Enrollment dates will be Monday, August 4th, Tuesday, August 5th, and Wednesday, August 6th. All sites will be open for enrollment from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm each day. Please do not hesitate to contact your student's site office with questions. ITEMS TO BRING: Returning Students: Proof of Residency (water bill, electric bill, gas bill, etc...) New Students: Birth Certificate Proof of Residency (water bill, electric bill, gas bill, etc...) CDIB/Tribal Citizenship (if applicable) Please note that Pauls Valley High School has identified specific enrollment days: Monday, August 4th, for seniors; Tuesday, August 5th, for juniors; and Wednesday, August 6th, for incoming sophomores.

Pauls Valley Public Schools is looking for substitute teachers for the 2025-2026 school year. The Pauls Valley Board of Education recently approved increasing substitute pay for the upcoming school year. Anyone interested may apply at the superintendent's office at 301 North Chickasaw Street.

We are still on track for our graduation at 2:00 p.m. this afternoon at Thompson Field. We are excited to gather together to celebrate our graduating class of 2025! We want to provide information about today's outdoor ceremony. First, there will be a high level of humidity today. Please hydrate or bring water to help with comfort during the ceremony. Water will be provided to the graduates at their seats. The other big issue this time of year is mosquitoes. Our state has had tremendous rain, creating a favorable environment for them. Please take the steps needed to keep them away from you. A few reminders from yesterday: The gates will open at 1:00 p.m. this afternoon. Seating is first come, first served. Please respect the other graduates and their families and do not save seats. The public entrance will be on Wacker Stadium's West side (home side). Students participating in the ceremony may enter on the visitor side and park on the stadium's East side. Graduates were instructed to be at Thompson Field at 1:30 p.m. and should be lined up by 1:45 at the latest. Field access will be restricted until after the conclusion of the ceremony. This afternoon's call with the National Weather Service regarding weather timing and graduation was very positive. The trends continue to allow graduation at Thompson Field at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 18th. However, we all understand this is Oklahoma, and the forecast is always subject to change. We want to share our years of service and retirement list as we wrap up another school year. If they have not already, those listed with milestones should receive their service pins today. Congratulations to those entering retirement, but more importantly, thank you for the many lives you have touched along the way.
