🟢 International Dot Day was Tuesday, September 15th! 🟣 This celebration is inspired by Peter H. Reynolds' children's book, The Dot. 🟡 The book encourages children and adults to be brave, explore creativity, and "Make their Mark" on the world! 🌎
Mrs. Milligan's first grade class used alphabet mats to put their letter manipulatives in alphabetical order.
Mrs. Barcenas' Kindergarteners celebrated the letter 'Tt' by making corn Tortillas and taste testing quesadillas on a Tuesday during Hispanic Heritage Month!

They visited the classrooms, read books to students, completed directed drawings, played games, danced, answered questions, and much more!

Students in Mrs. Campbell’s third grade class love math and love to play Kahoot! They practiced place value with a rounding game today!
Mrs. Harrison’s third graders found a creative way to round numbers last week. When a number reaches 5, it takes all five fingers on their hand letting the balloon float up. This trick reminded students that 5 or more means to round up to the next ten. 🎈
