Our counselor, Mrs. Sparks, visited classes this week to talk about good hygiene! 3rd grade students helped her get ready for the day.
Mrs. French's 3rd grade class is completing their Plant Life Cycles chapter in Science and have been germinating their own pea seeds. Students will continue to make individual observations and participate in class discussions about how the seeds change over the next two weeks!

Students celebrated International Dot Day in the elementary library this week! Students created their own unique dots, and we filled our library wall with their creativity.

REMINDER: Pauls Valley Schools will be closed on Friday, September 19th.

We celebrated Grandma Pat Spencer's 92nd birthday today. She has worked with first grade students through the Delta Grandparent program for 20 years. Our students work on letters, sounds, and read books with her.
She is an inspiration to everyone at school. She is loved by staff and students!

Panther Family,
We would like to provide an update on our survey response that was sent out on Monday afternoon. On the first day, we received over 250 responses from staff, parents, and community members. If you have completed the survey, thank you for contributing to the data collection process and the impact it will have on our strategic planning efforts moving forward.
If you have not had an opportunity to complete the survey, please consider adding your thoughts as soon as possible. We will continue to share invitations with parents and community members in the next couple of weeks. We invite you to share these messages on social media and encourage others to participate in the future of our school community.
