PANTHER PARENT SURVIVAL GUIDE On Monday, October 14th, during Parent-Teacher Conferences, our tech team will offer technology training to parents and guardians. This training will cover the parent side of our new district-wide communication tool, Rooms, as well as a parent's guide to Google Classroom and what information you should look for as a parent. We have sessions scheduled at the Elementary, Intermediate, and Junior High. Each session should last around 30-45 minutes. We hope you can join us to learn more about our new communication tool, Rooms, and our online learning platform, Google Classroom. Elementary - 4:00 PM Intermediate - 5:00 PM Junior High - 6: 00 PM

Academic Team Schedule (subject to change) Parents will be notified of changes through Rooms and the school text alert system. Students typically return from away meets between 5:30-6:00 pm.

October Event Calendar

PVIS had an exciting September filled with school spirit activities, starting with a Pep Rally featuring Cheer, Football, Pom and Band. Homecoming Week was celebrated with Spirit Dress up Days, a District Wide Pep Assembly and a parade. Our Spirit filled month ended with a Live on News 9 District Wide Pep Assembly where students cheered for Pauls Valley as they competed against Kingfisher for the News 9 Spirit Stick-and triumphantly won! PV Cheer Clinic Pre-K through 6th Grade has been set for Wednesday, October 9th 3:30-5:30 pm. The participants will perform at Halftime of the October 11, 2024 Football game. Students received registration forms today, there are also extra forms in the office.

HOMECOMING COMMUNITY EVENTS Tomorrow (Friday, September 20th) is homecoming day for Pauls Valley Schools. We have several community events taking place tomorrow, including the district-wide pep assembly, parade, and coronation ceremony, which will be followed by a big football game against Weatherford. El Takon Madrews will serve food at Thompson Field beginning at 5:00 PM. Come early and have dinner at the game, and do not miss any of the homecoming festivities. El Takon Madres will donate a portion of its sales back to Panther Athletics! Happy Homecoming!
